PSX and Equity Master Securities Pvt. Ltd. Jointly conducted an Investor Awareness Session for students of Hailey College of Commerce-University of the Punjab Lahore

​Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) along with its security broker, Equity Master Securities (Pvt.) Limited jointly conducted an Investors awareness session for Hailey College of Commerce-University of Punjab Lahore. This was part of the PSX Financial Literacy Initiative to inculcate awareness among the youth on investment, particularly equity investments in the stock market, and the role of the capital market in the economy of Pakistan. The participants were apprised about how to open a brokerage account, how to select stockbrokers, and how to navigate the PSX website. This was an informative and productive session for all participants because Pakistan Stock Exchange continues its efforts to give investor awareness and education to the general public specifically our youth. In the end, there was an interactive Q&A session where students and their faculty members asked several questions relevant to the Stock Exchange and investment procedure in the Primary and Secondary market.
