Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited Listed on PSX

Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited (PQFTL) has become the first and only dedicated Family Takaful operator to list on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), following overwhelming investor demand in its IPO. The offering raised PKR 901 million at a 29% premium, with book building and public subscription oversubscribed 3.2x and 3.8x respectively, and participation from over 8,200 investors.

The successful listing highlights strong confidence in Pakistan’s Islamic financial ecosystem and marks a milestone for both PQFTL and the capital market. IPO proceeds will support regulatory capital, digital expansion, product innovation, and customer centric growth.
