PSX conducts Investor Session for 52nd IRS Training Program of the IRS Academy, Lahore

Pakistan Stock Exchange was pleased to welcome the participants of the 52nd Specialized Training Program of the Inland Revenue Service (IRS), Inland Revenue Service Academy, Lahore, as part of their Country Study Tour of Karachi.

During their visit to PSX on 23rd September 2025, the probationary officers were given an in-depth overview of Pakistan’s capital market. The session covered investor protection measures in place at PSX, opportunities in Shariah-compliant investments such as Islamic mutual funds and Sukuk, and the account opening process to facilitate investors in starting their journey with the stock market. The discussion also highlighted the crucial role of PSX in ensuring transparency, strengthening investor confidence, and promoting financial literacy in Pakistan.
