PSX conducts Investor Awareness Session for students of IBA University HR Club

​Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) conducted an Investor Awareness Session for students of IBA University HR Club. The purpose of the session was to help students understand how PSX works, the working culture and HR practices at PSX. The session was led by Ms. Raeda Latif (Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer) who introduced Pakistan Stock Exchange and its functions to the participants and by Ms. Sanam Kohati (Head of HR) who gave insights on HR processes, HR targets and its challenges at the Stock Exchange. Students learned about activities performed at the Stock Exchange, particularly HR processes & challenges thereof, gained insights into HR targets, and got a briefing on the functions & workings of the Stock Exchange. Later on, the IBA Karachi faculty and its students were given a tour of the PSX Trading Hall and premises.
