Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), in collaboration with Central Depository Company (CDC) and National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL), under the aegis of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), is proud to present its landmark event for the year, the IPO Summit 2024. The summit aims to empower the future of the capital markets by discussing, networking, advising, and clearing the pathway to encourage companies to raise equity and debt from the Exchange platform. Various aspects of the IPO process will be brought to light enabling stakeholders to explore how new technologies, regulatory changes and evolving investor preferences can be leveraged to successfully navigate the ever-changing capital market environment. The theme of the summit emphasizes the importance of IPO as a crucial instrument for companies to raise capital, fuel growth and contribute to the overall growth of Pakistan’s economy.
Pakistan Stock Exchange and key stakeholders involved in IPO process which include CTIs, securities brokers, investment bankers, venture capitalists, legal advisors, regulatory experts, top management of companies considering to go public, and finance & investment industry experts are joining hands to work together at the IPO Summit 2024. The summit is a joint collaborative effort of the capital market SROs, PSX, CDC & NCCPL, and the SECP. The purpose behind this productive endeavor is to increase understanding of the IPO process, facilitate greater number of IPOs with enhanced convenience while encouraging companies to raise equity and debt through the Exchange.
