Umair Ahmed Primary Market Approvals and Development Department, SECP

Mr. Umair Ahmed is an ACCA and CFA qualified with 7 years of diversified experience. He has been involved in number of capital market initiatives such as market making regime, revamping of public offering framework, introduction of different listing products such as GEM board, Direct Listing, SPAC etc. He is also the part of IPO/Prospectus review team at SECP.

Syed Khurram Shahid Seasoned Investment Banker, Heading the Investment banking department
of a leading brokerage firm.

Mr. Khurram is a Gold Medalist of IBA, Karachi. He has 17+ years of diversified experience in the financial sector. He has worked on both Debt and Equity listings and has transaction credentials of over USD 3,000mn. He is also an Adjunct Faculty member at IBA and SZABIST
